Redditch Innovation Centre
Redditch Innovation Centre will be a brand new 2600m2 development in Redditch Town Centre. This will provide the platform for innovation and business growth, specifically (but not exclusively) targeting the digital manufacturing sector to create new and improved opportunities for businesses and local residents.
The accommodation will provide a flexible mix of office, lab and workshop space, combined with meeting rooms, networking areas and a café. The centre will also offer additional business support services and specialist shared digital manufacturing equipment, whilst acting as a hub for new and existing businesses to benefit from shared knowledge and experience.
The project is on track to commence construction in 2026, with the following high level objectives:
- Provide access to a range of high-quality business and innovation services and space to nurture, mentor and facilitate businesses development and growth.
- Provide open access and specialist support to local entrepreneurs and companies#
- Provide new businesses with a range of flexible workshop and office accommodation to enable them to prosper and grow.
- Provide access to a range of high-quality business and innovation services and space to nurture, mentor and facilitate businesses development and growth.
- Develop a base of local workforce and young talent equipped with the skills needed in a digitalised economy.
- Create an investment destination that facilitates adoption of new technologies.
The centre is scheduled to open for business in Summer 2027.
